Inspired by Martha

I've been watching Martha Stewart a lot as of late. This meal is a tribute to her and her greatness (regardless of her white collar crime, she's awesome). So, what I concocted for dinner last week: Potato and Leek bake (I now know what a leek is, I totally already knew what leekers were - ha), spinach and bacon salad (substituted beet leaves with spinach), and I found the pork roast recipe on the back of the Oven Bags box - Pork roast with apples and carrots. I was so beautiful looking.

We had lunch at Riverfront Pizzeria with Auntie Mary and Boss. Saturday we went to see Grandpa Bob who is in town for the holiday and then to visit Uncle Matt, Auntie Val, and Brody. Liam and Brody are about the same height - Liam is a long one!

We had a week-long house guest (Brie), attended several St. Pat's holiday/birthday gatherings (as seen with Jen at Lori & Bob's house), went to the zoo with Auntie Danielle and crew, drove out to Mukwonago to enjoy the outdoors (pictures on Danielle's blog), frequented Target (several times!), and visited Auntie Heide in the last couple of weeks!
